Schloss Langenzell is located approximately 20 minutes by car from Heidelberg and 10 minutes from Neckargemünd. We recommend taking a taxi - available from both Heidelberg and Neckargemünd. Shuttle services will be provided in the evening (see below).

If you prefer to drive, continue past “Hofgut Langenzell” on your left, then turn through the black gate towards the castle. The gate may be secured with a chain. Simply lift it, drive through, and replace it afterwards.

Follow the signs up the long driveway to the wedding parking area near the castle. Taxis can also drive all the way up (recommended; otherwise it’s about a 10-minute walk).

Yes, from around 11:00 p.m., a shuttle bus will run from Schloss Langenzell via Neckargemünd to Heidelberg (likely to the Old Town).

The shuttle will operate continuously in both directions. If the bus is full, you may need to wait for the next round (approximately 50 minutes per trip).

Yes, parking is available on site. After passing through the castle gate, please follow the signs to the parking area. Taxis can also drive all the way up.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

Children are welcome. Please share this information in the RSVP. We kindly ask that pets are left at home (Frieder & Mollie will also be enjoying a dog hotel!).

Having you with us is the most meaningful gift we could ask for.

Should you still wish to mark the occasion with a gift, we would of course be very touched.

Please wear something you feel comfortable in, keeping in mind that the celebrations will take place both indoors and outdoors.

The castle is set within a large park, and, weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on the lawn. We recommend bringing a pair of flat shoes to change into if needed.
